Part-time Customer Success Specialist - Call Center

The Customer Success Specialist (CSS) is a part-time administrative role in our New Windsor, New York office.  The part-time CSS will place a high-volume of outbound customer satisfaction calls, update customer information in Microsoft CRM, and open excitement deficiency cases.

Essential Duties:

  • Place high volume of customer satisfaction calls
  • Update customer information in Microsoft CRM
  • Open excitement deficiency cases
