Part Time Customer Success Specialist

DocuWare Corporation (est. 1988), one of the world’s leading document management software companies is currently seeking a Part-Time Customer Success Specialist to join our Customer Success Team in New Windsor, New York.

Job Summary

This part-time position is an administrative role assisting current Customer Success team members.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Database cleanup in Microsoft CRM
  • Research and identify business owners, DocuWare Administrators and Power Users
  • Draft email requests to initiate satisfaction calls
  • Conduct satisfaction calls as needed to ensure monthly team goals are met
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • High School Graduate
  • Customer service experience required
  • Customer satisfaction experience preferred

Skills and Abilities:

  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Microsoft CRM/Dynamics preferred
  • Self-starter with the desire to succeed
  • Able to work well within a team environment as well as individually
  • Bilingual in Spanish desired

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate; commensurate with experience
  • This part-time position is not eligible for company benefits
