Inside Sales Manager Base and Silver Partner

Job Description:

The role of the Inside Sales Manager Base and Silver Partner is to provide support to prospective customers and select Partners. The responsibility of the Inside Sales Manager Base and Silver Partner is to guide the assigned DocuWare partners to the defined sales target through intensive support, collaboration and to support partners in all phases of the sales process. The Inside Sales Manager Base and Silver Partner will supervise projects and when necessary, integrate the Regional Sales Director (RSD) in consultation with the VP of Sales Directors on Partner and Customer appointments.  The incumbent to this role also supports the sales staff in achieving defined sales targets in the USA.  This position will be based in DocuWare’s New Windsor, New York office.

Essential Duties:

  • Contact selected partners at least once every two months
  • Help partners create documents and upload them to partner portal as part of the partner program
  • Target achievement per year with selected partners
  • Responsible for handling inquiries from selected partners via phone or website within 24 hours
  • Make daily outbound calls with the selected partners
  • Document all activities in CRM and record leads from various channels (Infoline, trade fairs and information seminars)
  • Vacation replacement for colleagues in the sales area
  • Represents the Sales Assistant on all Infoline and Website Inquiry tasks, the Director of Inside Sales on Email Marketing Program tasks and Regional Sales Directors on Partner and Customer appointments
  • Support the Marketing team in the preparation and execution of events, special campaigns and website maintenance
  • Project related special tasks in the sales area such as CRM, industry solutions etc…
  • Represents the RSDs when necessary

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Three to five years Document Management experience
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
  • Experience in the field of tele-sales or direct sales a plus
  • Outstanding service orientation and strong communication skills
  • Above average technical understanding as well as the ability to combine business requirements and technical solutions
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge
  • Incumbent must be organized, responsible, structured and goal oriented
  • Must be a team player
